Bunny Marshmallow Math

I love to incorporate food into my math lessons! Last year I found the cutest Bunny Marshmallows at Walmart (or any grocery store including Target). I created this packet for my second graders:

I usually buy 3-4 bags of bunny marshmallows and give each child about 15-20 in a ziploc baggie. Hopefully you can utilize this activity in your classroom. Happy Spring!

I've taught 2nd grade for 7 wonderful years! But I also recognize that that season in my life has come to an end and a new season is beginning... in 3rd grade! So for the first time as an educator I will enter the world of standardized testing. I'm a little nervous but that's to be expected.
